Omg I was so close to caving in. I was heading for a cigarette machine, with coins in hand, ready to give in. Don't know what stopped me at the last minute but I walked away still a none smoker. Phew what a close shave. I am so glad my inner voice shouted a very loud NOOOO. I shall continue to enjoy the rest of my birthday today as a non smoker

I'm glad you didn't cave in, you will find i gets easier as the time goes on but you have to be on your guard!!
I really don't know why I came so close, cos I really don't want to smoke. Just shows how easy it is to spoil a good quit, just takes one moment of weakness. I shall be more aware of the little demon from now on. I am going out tonight with my family and friends and I know I shall have a great time, I do not need those smelly cancer sticks to enjoy myself.
