I've reached day 6 but feeling very low. Yesterday felt fine but now facing the rest of the day with gritted teeth and grim determination. Anyone know a good joke? Clean of course.

Are you working today or at home? Do you have plenty to keep you occupied? If you struggle, eat. That seems to be working for me (though I am repidly expanding!)
