Hi, I think yesterday had to be one of the hardest so far. Had to deal with a stressful and frustrating situation which produced a knee jerk responce of wanting to just go and sit with a Tea and a cig to calm down and mull the situation over. Instead I went for a walk. I dealt with the situation and I don`t want a cig but feel really 'flat' today - if you can understand where I`m coming from? Think I need to get myself out for a run tonight....
Have a good day everyone!! xx

Well done TTL!
I overcame my first big challenge last weekend and I too was shocked that I woke up feeling "flat" and a little down in the dumps the next morning. I think I was expecting to feel great for beating the little b*****d, but I felt surprisingly low. Exercise and anything to keep my mind away from my own crazy thoughts kept me going throughout the day.
And ... I'm still here, smokefree! I hope this can give you some comfort that you can beat this, day by day
Thanks for your messages today - they really help. We are all in this together, going through the same thing. Only a smoker that has chosen NOT to continue to smoke really understands -so thanks for being there. xx
