Hi Folks,

Day 50 today, non smoking seems quite normal now.

I was speaking to two colleagues last week who both quit but started again after 6 months - so I wont get complacent.

Luckily I don't find myself thinking about it. I made a note in my diary to post in here today, otherwise I may not have remembered.

Always a good sign Tony when you have to remind yourself. That means it is not all consuming for you! Well done and I am sure you wont get complacent, protect your quit with your life. Litterally!

Agree with Hazel, not thinking continually about cigs is indeed a very good sign! Sounds like this may be 'the one'

Congratulations on 50 days Tony, a fantastic milestone to have under your belt.

Its great not to be thinking about ciggies all of the time, for me that was the worst part of the early days , was beginning to wonder if I would ever stop thinking about smoking !
