Hi everyone, day 10 and all is well.

Going on a cruise to the Caribbean in just over three weeks time, so until then

I am being careful on what we eat, at gym 3 or four times a week , palates twice a week so in not to bad a shape at the moment.

And all this exercise keeps my mind of smoking.

Well done Joan, you've earned that cruise!

Exercise is a fab way to keep busy. There are loads of classes and clubs out there it's great to make use if them.:)

Thank you pisky, I do feel so much better in my self by doing all the extra exercise being doing it for about 7 months and I think it as made me more positive with this quit.
