Hi Molly, im doing my best and to be honest its getting to be the norm not to smoke, so everyday that goes by its getting easier and easier.

Last night i was in my local playing poker (i lost €10) i had a few beers and everybody were smoking (because here in Cyprus cigs are half the price than in the uk and i mean 80% of the people smoke here) I was so close to having a puff on a ciggie but then something took over me because it wasn't a craving talking it was routine so that thought left my mind as quickly as it entered ..............so i gave myself a pat on the back and watched all of those smokers inhaling dirty dirty fumes....:eek:

It would have been so easy to have said yes but after 15 days it was so much easier to say NO:D:D
