...the first time in about 30 years that I'll not be smoking on my birthday (apart from a couple of years on a previous quit!).

Apart from making me feel old, I'm feeling great. I really have no cravings, and no desire to smoke at all.

Happy birthday, fellow capricorn. Two years ago tomorrow I had just quit, and I was posting on here about how proud I was of going out for my birthday and not smoking, or wanting to. Tomorrow will be the third birthday smoke-free, and it's a great feeling, it just gets better and better. Not the getting older part though, you're right about that :rolleyes:

You are doing fab. Keep up that positive attitude!
