So far so good, first real test as I will be home with the kids. But it feels good not having to have a smoke first thing and hiding from the kids all weekend.

You may be surprised how easy it is. I was also dreading Xmas as always used to dart out for a fag when the kids started arguing or fighting, just to avoid the situation. But this year was the first smoke free on and because of that I just became much more involved with everything (not that I wasn't before) and the time flew, didn't think about smoking, kids never argued once because we were there not stressed 'cus we hadn't had a fag for 10 mins.

You will be just fine, and if things get a bit much get yourself on here we will sort you out
