Day 4 - Still smoke free

It's day 4 and I'm still going strong!!

Developed a cough over night and my nose is feeling rotten. Apart from that slept ok'ish and for the first time my head has stopped spinning.

This weekend will be my biggest test so far, more time on my hands and kids causing stress.:rolleyes:

First offf, let me say congratulations for being on day 4, me too!!! It's 9am here in the States so my day is just getting started. Just think you're already half way through number 4 yay!!

Sleep patterns definately seem to get disrupted but I think that goes away pretty quickly. I haven't felt any issues with sinus or breathing but everyday around 5 pm I get a killer headache, not sure why.

Weekends afford more down time so try to make a list today of some alternative plans you can have in placwe for when the kids or just the day is making you nuts.

Just remember I will be in the same boat, Saturday day 5, just know someone is pulling for ya!!!
