day 3 - done....(well nearly)

On the verge of completing day 3 cold turkey method..... I thought I had had too much turkey at Christmas but think CT is the way......get the nicotine out of the body asap.

Been drinking camomile tea and throwing most away.....yuck.....god help me when I get my taste back....

Well done ramasus, I am on day 3 cold turkey too, can't wait for it to be over though! I have found it REALLY tough today, had an awful nights sleep as well, kept twitching (odd!!)
