It's amazing what a bit of fresh air can do!

I remember a few days into my quit, I had so much pent up energy from all the extra oxygen I was getting into me! When I went out for my daily run, I was litterally sprinting everywhere like a lunatic!!!

Many thanks all, I will post everyday. My next step is to checkout the swimming pool, as I think this will help tone me up a bit, I have been really good and not snacking in between meals, which is very good for me. Two friends of mine both bought loads of biscuits and chocolates and I darent open them. As I know I can dive down a whole packet just dunking them lol Anyway hope you are all doing well in your quits. Jacqui
