Its getting easier. Was dissapointed the other day when I realised I skipped a day and thought I was on 7 but was actually on 6. Been very lethargic, pretty scattered, and a few odd aches but that is the worst of it these last couple of days. I feel like I'm over one big hump. Still cant stress enough how much reading this site helps

Wow BR! You're doing amazing, into week 2 and going strong.
I was all over the place concentration wise for the first couple of weeks and then it got better and better after that. A lot of people on here have said they were lethargic, it's perfectly normal and should get better as well.

Excellent, completing your first week is a great milestone! I was pretty lethargic when I first quit, and still am a bit but exercise helps, you'll be fine
