My Flat mate just got home, and lit a smoke it smelt amazing it looked wonderful ohhhh it was damn tempting stood up came to my room and posted!

I hope so, all I want to do is go into the sitting room take a smoke and feel it in my lungs, It is so hard sitting here knowing in the next room is the reliefe to my craving.

I know it hard hard I spent long hours around heavy smokers but in some degrees it makes it easier as u end up Watching there habit and realising that most of the cigs u smoked were habit not cause u wanted them, and then think shit I spent most of the money with out enjoying Half of what I spent :confused:

Proud to say I made it through the nite without smoking and what is even better when i woke up this morning my flat mate was smoking, yea smelt nice but wasnt as bad as last night (the craving that is) hmmm if I can carry on like this I might stand a chance.

Good work fella. Avoidance is top of my agenda, I will cross the road to avoid smelling ciggie smoke at the minute. 3rd day now, worst morning yet. This is tough but just aiming to get through today...keep it up mate, can we see you in the day 3 forum today? Hope so.

EXcellent work buddy! Man, smokes smell sooo good to me to and everyone around me smokes. But like others have said just look at your flat mate and think about how he is literally a slave, you can chuckle to yourself that you are now free!
