To all those people just setting out on the path to being smoke free.
Wishing you lots of luck. It's not a straight path you will be taking but it is one that has the most wonderful ending.
After smoking for way to many years It is 2 years since my last smoke.
My advice to you is read read read find out as much as you can about what your body will be going through as you decrease the nicotine in your body. Take the early days in small bites say an hour at a time and focus on that before you know it you will be counting days/weeks/months since your last smoke.
Remember you are doing this for yourself and no one else. If you sneek a crafty one your cheating nobody but you.
Don't ever give up giving up because your deserve it.
(having the NHS time and money saved counter on my laptop was one of the best incentives) well worth downloading.
Good luck to each and everyone of you x
