Hi Wayne
Welcome - you have come to the right place for plenty of support, advice and fun.
How young is young. I started when I was 15, wanted to be like my friends (doh - how stoopid is that). Have stopped now and again over the years but never as seriously as last year. As you will see I have had a couple of gos at it but hopefully this will be the one.
Feel free to rant and rave on here whenever you feel like it. There will always be someone who is going or has gone through the same feelings at one time or another.
All the best with your quit Wayne.

Hi Wayne
Welcome to the forum,
That's a great start you've got to your quit there!!
Cheers
Nic
I was ten and in a care home had to like the others. Isn`t peer pressure great?
Hi Wayne,
Welcome to the forum. Well done on deciding to quit - it doesn't matter how long you have smoked for, the sooner you give them up the better!
It is great on here - I have got to day 19 relatively painlessly because of the support on here. Read as much as you can on here about your addiction, the more you learn about it and understand it, the better your chance of beating it.
Good luck and post often!
Hi Wayne,

Congrats on your quit so far i smoked for 35 years up to 40 a day at the end. you will have great support here.xxxxxxxxxxxx
Brilliant Wayne keep it up. Logging in to this really helps. I'm off out tonight, gathering strength and have put lots of lozenges in my bag and chewing gum as i know most of them are smokers. But i am determined i will stay inside in the warm when they freeze outside.
keep it up
