Had a very vivid dream that I had a packet of my usual last night and have woken up feeling thoroughly rotten (lethargic, sore throat..).
But...I'm not giving in. I'm now trying to use my inner voice to remind myself of the selfishness of my habit, not only was I risking my health, but I was also spending around £250 per month of much needed money.
Anyway, I'm still determined - I will achieve this goal.

Well done 8days is brill it means you've got through the 1st wk which is usually hell:eek:
I tend to have dreams of having sneaky fags in the back of vans(random i know but hey), always felt guilty when i woke as though couldnt extinguish between dreams and awake,

The words of encouragement are so useful!
Love the sound of your weird dreams:D.
Having one of those days today - tired, a bit vague and definitely short tempered - had tears and a tantrum before I left for work this morning.
Have a pot of sugar free gum and a bag of carrot sticks to keep me occupied today - have found that I've really craved comfort food, so I'm trying to manage that.
Went for a walk at lunchtime and will walk home (3 miles), I need as many diversion tactics as possible as I'm really finding today more challenging.
Congratulations on making it through week one! That's about sixty quid banked, a whole heap of improvements to your insides, and (hopefully) a warm glowy proud feeling coming your way.
