Can't believe it - what an amazing change in a year.

I've joined a gym as I have put on about a stone since quitting. I did need to put on weight, but I didn't need that muffin top that has gone with it so am trying hard to tone up.

I can breathe, I can smell, I can walk up hills with the dogs without wheezing, my children aren't suffering and are so proud of me, and I feel like I have achieved something pretty special!

Will not relax though - got to keep on fighting forever to make sure Nicomonster doesn't get his foot in the door.

Hi Marie - and a big well done from me as well. I know what you mean about the amazing change in a year. The 365 day anniversary really helps us focus on how far we have come and how huuuuuuuuuugely better we feel - physically and emotionally. It's the BEST feeling.
