Hi Zozie, you go along feeling you've knocked it on the head when out of the blue it slaps you in the face. It's all part of the nature of the beast. I've looked back at my old posts and see the same thing over and over. You'll get through today and tomorrow you'll wonder what happened

I think i was feeling that i had it licked after the 1st month, i'm usually fine and fab with it, but as you say, a down day every so often is to be expected.

Think i needed a bit of rational prodding....

Not smoking makes you look cool!

It is the first mimsy day i've had in quite a while, just to mention, the majority of them are totally wonderful and quitting rocks!!!

When you get to this stage you hardly think about them at all, in fact they smell foul and you feel a bit sorry for the poor addicts puffing away and killing themselves slowly....... its sad, an illness that we're all recovering from.

We will all get there!
