I found this website by chance, when I finally got the courage and mindset to quit and it has been a life-saver (November 2013). There are some fantastic people here. Most of all you feel you are not alone and everyone eager to encourage you.

Win don't feel like an outsider i don't speak to everyone on the forum I have some people I speak to all the time and some I don't interact with at all, I think it's because there are a lot of long term quitters still on the forum so they are bound to know more people, you are so welcome and if u post people will respond and you will make friends xxxx
