Oh I aint perfect..I do sometimes THINK about a smoke,

but I am too far along to mess up now! I'm too busy living!

Jan Quitters...we got 2 or so months to go!

That Penthouse better have a bed for me!

Platter of food????

Hi Bluetree

About that platter of food???? I'll try and lost weight before we get into the Penthouse and then I'll be able to gorge myself on goodies and not worry.

I have 7kg to lose before I get to the Penthouse in 2 months time. I'm going to give it a go and try to lose it.

Any other January quitters put on weight? At the moment I'm exercising a lot and drinking heaps of water. For some reason drinking the water is helping take away the cravings.

It is summer in Australia now so it's easier to diet and exercise. I think winter helped me to put on the weight.
