Do you think as it is a new decade then we should have something with decade in the name?. Maybe the new decade recruits, nah that's sounds stupid!!!!, but soemthing along those lines maybe?.

Am I too late for January? I have been thinking about quitting since my last serious attempt in March last year. I have a new baby on the way (due last week of April) and I think it's about time I "had a word with myself" and stopped for good.
Never too late - come and join in - ACE has posted how if you read up a few posts.
Well done on your decision to quit and what a fab reason to quit.
How are you doing this? CT, NRT, Champix, Zyban?
The one thing I can recommend is to read, read and read more about the addiction and habit. A lot of the penthouse residents have loads of great links in their signatures - I'm sure they will be along to welcome you soon.
By the way the Penthouse is where the guys from this forum go when they reach the first year of their quit - how the other half live - hey?
Well done deciding to quit a huge decision in itself
Congratulations on the coming baby another brilliant reason to quit
Tim sure you're not to late it's still January after all

I "lurked" in these forums a lot last time I tried to quit. I particualrly like the guy's attitude in the WhyQuit sites. I've actually revised my views and from today I'm doing cold turkey. He seems to suggest that unless you go CT, you're just dragging out your quit and yor withdrawal symptoms with NRT.
I believe him, he seems to know what he's on about. That stuff about caffine tolerance would explain this splitting headache...
