I stopped with e-cigs

How are you getting on with the e-cigs? I used them to stop about 6 months ago. I really think more people should use them.

Never give up giving up. Best thing I have ever done for myself and never in a million years did I think I could do it and here I am just a few days away from 2 years stopped.

You can do it. Read as much information as you can to prepare your self for the feelings and cravings. Don't let the demon get you.

Good luck

Hi Sylvick - you've made the most important decision and that is to stop again - I've made so many attempts myself and just got sick of going back on my decision only to regret it the next day and think 'why the hell did I just smoke that' so I've decided to get off the russian roulette wheel and do something kind for myself and stop. It's day 5 for me - I will keep everyone updated and look forward to hearing your updates!

Keep with it you will feel great honestly! x
