Just had a massive lunch and now I want a cigarette so much I could cry. Just shows how it can creep up on you, thought i was doing OK. I'm off for a walk, see if that sorts me out. Stay strong everyone.x

Caz, you dont right girl, im on week 7 and some days not many but some its so hard like back at day 1 but you keep with it, 90 % of the time i dont ge craving now, it wil lgo my love, you just walk away, deep breaths and drink plenty of water.

Well done Caz for not giving in. I know how hard the aearly days are but if you stick with it you will find it is so worth it.
That's a tough one to crack as i still get the odd strong urge to smoke after a meal.
The main ones for me are/were
1) whilst driving - No problems with this one anymore.
2) First thing in the morning- As above
3) After a meal - I get caught out with this one sometimes.
4) Out drinking or just around friends - Improving all the time but the one which i need to have my wits about me.If i'm in the company of non smokers(which is rare) i have no grief whatsoever.
5) Relaxing ie listening to music/radio or watching tv - cracked it.
I've come along way since my first few days and so can you. It does get easier as you can see. Keep going.

I don't agree with this. I was a smoker a month ago - i wasnt a loser.
No offence carolrose, just that I am vehemently against smoker bashing.
