7 more days before my birthday, that will be one year no smoking, good to stop on your birthday so each year you have another target. Fitness has increased dramatically and now running the peak district, working one on one with others and martial art training is on another level, so glad that I stopped smoking, one love to you all that had the will, where there is a will there is a way ....
