Im not quite at the year mark yet but not far now, i quit on the 4th of Feb 08.

Just wondered how all my fellow quiters were getting on? How is mojo and Flippy especially?

Well done girl almost a full year. Filppy is on a new quit but i think on about month 5 or 6. Mojo and myself caved and are on week 6. xxxxxxx

I was the last of team 428 wasnt i? I had completely forgot about that, who else was in team 428 and how are they getting on now?

I feel like ive not been on here for ages lol

I feel great and mojo im really glad your still at it, keep at it mate you`ll be here in no time.

It does get easier people i promise you, i remember having cravings still after 6 months and wondering if that feeling would ever go away but fags just dont bother me anymore and i never thought id feel like that. So just keep with it.
