Hi Alfie,

Sorry your last attempt didn't go the way you wanted it to. When I failed in my last attempt it was the advice I read on this forum which helped me get through. I think the best bit of advice I read was that you need to take a break from quitting. It's a big change in your life and we all know that when we fail we feel bad. take a couple of weeks and allow your strength to build again. Continue to smoke while you do this. Then you can go for it again.

Whatever you decide to do next, there is a lot of support and good wishes on this forum :)

Hi Alfie

well done on quitting and coming back on here :)

you need to forget about past quits and just concentrate on this one taking each day at a time

regards

Carol
