starting to feel myself again went to see nures yesterday my carbon monoxide test has gone from 24 to a 2 in a week and this gave me a boost so on i go ......over the weekend was hard but i found calling the nhs stop smoking helpline good 08001690169 good luck and lets kick it together :):)
