Hi Shelley

I'd love to try that - but I have a really dodgy back, so prob not a good idea for me. :(

I think it's a fab idea for some planned or impromptu exercise, especially for dealing with craves. But you do realise that, in a couple of weeks, instead of the dreaded nictotine, you'll be addicted to swirling and thrusting your hips! Steady on ... LOL. ;)

Enjoy and have fun. Stay strong, you're doing so well and advising others For one reason or another, I've only managed to find time to read in the last couple of weeks, but not reply or post, sorry bout that.

Husband H is jet washing the patio, so I'm pretending to amend the Tesco online shop for delivery tomorrow!! Poor begger has amused himself for hours and hours over the last few weeks whilst I've been on here reading and typing, so I'm trying to give him some time too!

Keep on keeping on, doing what you're doing, onwards and upwards :D

OMG, I really do need to engage brain and slow down! I've just realised my first reply makes DH sound selfish and unsupportive, which he most certainly isn't / hasn't been. He's been an absolute rock, with patience beyond what I could ever display and I can't believe he hasn't started divorce proceedings due to my seriously evil behaviour at times during the quit!

Methinks ... stop ... glass of wine, prepare light dinner, slouch in front of TV with OH, try to catch up on posts tomorrow when not so knackered ... :D

xx

C'mon Shelly, earlier this year I was in NZ and my granddaughter got a hula hoop. It was like riding a bike. If I can do it so can you:D

I know what you mean. It is difficult because you dont feel like you can say anything to someone who is not only your elder but your grandma. That is sad about your grandad. I dont know what it is but my uncle said he was never as ill as he was when he stopped smoking, but what really happened was he was going to be very ill anyway, and he had to give up, but he left it too late

Great day. I am having a vino, but not too many. Have a lovely evening Shelley. There is nothing as good as a chippy tea. I am off to Eastbourne tommorow and I have a brand new Chevrolet on my drive waiting for me, for the journey.
