Yes guys i've finally got to 100 days free from smoking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't think about it hardly ever now!

I know i haven't posted much since easter but i lost my job and didn't want to share my depressing state of mood so came away from posting and broke the NSD addiction lol.

Well done to all you newbies on your fresh road to smoke free recovery and good luck to all who have stayed stopped.

Have a really good job now 4 weeks in and me and family are off to Egypt on thurs next week so everything rosey in the garden at the mo.

Don't want to sound like im gloating so will sign off now :eek:

Make sure you take plenty Factor 90 to Egypt .. and Don't Drink The Water!! - including ice, and 'washed' salads ..

Haven't been myself, but an ex did, and she fell foul of the salad, having been very careful with everything, and ... found herself bursting into a five star hotel and demanding the toilets immediately ... and many days of unpleasantness following.

Are you going to post some snaps, as per the infamous 'cave' shot ?

HA HA HA LOL yes will make sure to steer clear of Egyptian council pop, ice and salad but have packed plenty of imodium just incase hehe.

Will take plenty of pics so will see what develops there lol might be a better one than 'the cave' maybe some camels humps eh?
