I make it to be 72 hours and change since I last had a ciggie... and it is getting a bit boring to be honest. I hadn't realised how often I filled in the boring bits of the day by smoking through them
Having said that, I do still feel pretty good about the not smoking lark. I couldn't say I don't actually want one, because I kinda do, but I don't feel that I actually have to.
Amusingly, some friends of mine came around this evening and some of them smoke. They did so for the 2 or 3 hours they were here and didn't actually notice that I wasn't... and I feel pretty good about that as well

I understand the boredom I was laid off my job and was smoking 30 a day.. So the depression started about 3 weeks into it.. But now I'm back at uni., and spent the money I save on doing me garden up and love buying plants ect..
