Quit about 6 PM last night. I could kick myself. I hadn't had much trouble with it until the day the patch fell off. Hope I don't have another crisis. That seems to be my downfall. I smoked 40 and didn't enjoy any of them. I quit as soon as I smoked the last one. Wasn't going out to buy any.
Day 1 for me again: Quit about 6 PM last... - No Smoking Day
Day 1 for me again

Way to go!
Seems a lot of us quitting today have just come basck from an earlier try this year. Good to see you sticking with it! I really hope all five of us post today! Stay strong, breathe free, and let's have lots of milestone celebrations! You are doing great! I think I only have one store left here before I buy the town out of stride peppermint gum.

very positive post
just remember to not think too far ahead and that when you get a crave keep mind and hands busy till it passes coming on here and posting is one of the best ways
the fact so many of you are all stopping today is the biggest advantage as you can all support each other
onwards and upwards is the only way to go and staying positive will also help
regards
Carol
Yes Sue, I feel positive about this quit. Last time I didn't know what to expect but now I know. When I quit 2 weeks ago, I couldn't even go on the computer without a cigarette and now I can. I can see a lot of relaxation exercises coming up
