ha ha ha...a non-smoking pissed of menstrual person. My hubbie has taken the x-box into the cupboard under the stairs and locked himself inside. I won't see him for days. Seriously, hope you feel less irritated soon, it'll pass. Hopefully tomorrow you'll feel a little better.
Days like that suck. They cropped up for me now and then for quite a while. But you know you've beaten them before - beaten worse indeed - and if you just keep choosing not to smoke it'll pass and you'll be fine.
I recommend a spot of chocolate. Works for PMT, works for craves. A universal panacea, really.

I took a short, 6 mile bike ride, and that seemed to help. But chocolate sounds better!
Guess we all just have to accept that despite the physical cravings easing the psychological ones do come back now and again. It's only natural really. I like to think of my cravings as 'hiding' behind walls and round corners and every now and then when I'm walking along life's way they pop out and try and entice me. So mentally, I just walk on by and they creep back round their corners. Crazy maybe? But helps me. We never know when Nick-o-Teen gonna be waiting for us. We just gotta be prepared.
Off me soapbox now and going to fill up with Dorito's (Tangy Cheese Flavour) nom!
