Well it's the last day of the second week and I'm still smoke-free! Never thought I'd do it cold turkey i have to say, but my reasoning was that if i use NRT I'll still be reminding myself that I need it! This way I've aggressively dumped it and forced myself to do without (sounds a bit sado-machistic lol).
Anyway, moving on .... hope the rest of the NSD quitters are all still goign strong.
