Why can I not get smoking out of my head today, I have the music blasting etc but it's not working:(. Do you think it's because I am not at work. I will not cave in I hope :eek:Can't remember if I I felt like this the last time, going to find my old posts

You'll have days like this, they just get fewer and fewer as you stay smoke free.

Thanks for keeping me on the straight and narrow Capitan, and thanks to everyone else who gives support on here. Minor catastrophe is now over and I chose not to smoke again phew. Onwards and upwards:eek:

Well, what can I say, today was hard, the hardest yet. There were a few times when I thought I was going to cave in, but thankfully I never....too scared of Capitan:eek:(only joking). Tomorrow is another day, hopefully an easier one but I'm ready if it's not. I would just like to thank everyone who has commented on my posts, your encouragement is the best thing ever, I wouldn't have gotten past day 1 without you, thank you

My biggest wobbles were on days 4 & 8 and it was when I got through those that I knew I could make it a forever quit.
