Feeling blue as in feeling down/upset NOT the sexy kind
The past week all I've done is cry and get upset. So not been around much. I would just be upset and ramble rubbish. I'm hoping I'm getting month 3 blues in month 2. I couldn't cope if month 3 is much of the same. Trying not to think about it!

Don't let that 3 thing get into your head Lisa, just think about how weepy you'd feel if you started smoking again. You'll be ok, just keep on struggling on, it is worth it. Here I've just brought you these. I can't afford fags now. Davidx
Mth 2 was bad for me too, for much the same reasons. However, the upside is that Mth 3 wasn't too bad so as Dave says, don't think about numbers as we're all different, keep your chin up, you know it will pass. Also, don't worry about posting if you're down, that's exactly what we're here for and sometimes you need to rant, moan or scream, and it may make you feel a whole lot better
I feel the same Lisa. I was THE grumpiest mare this morning. Just feeling low and sad and wanting to smoke. Have been close to having a little cry at points.
I know from others that this will pass so just have to hang on in there but it is, without doubt, c**p
You know how we all appreciate your upbeat, funny posts. But please don't fall into the trap of thinking that you should only post when you are feeling up to amusing us. You are here for the same reason as everyone else - to gain support to stop smoking. I think you are well in credit in the Support Bank right now - why not cash some in?
I really hope that your mood picks up soon - and I must say that in all my time on this forum, I have never seen Dave give anyone flowers. And they're not crappy Garage Flowers either!
