9 months and feeling fantastic!!

I cant believe its 9 months, the last 2 months have gone by like a blink of an eye

I can honestly say that this past month has been really great,I feel so healthy and my energy levels have gone up so much,I really had No idea I would get so many benefits from stopping.

every day Im finding new ones

Right Jamie well here goes:-))

1,My wheeze has gone completely,I had started to have a wheeze at night when I was lay down,not nice!

2,I have bags of energy

3,My dentist has said my gums are 100% Improved,there Pink and healthy.

4,My teeth are Bright and no Staining.

5,I walk 7miles a day with my Dog and I can breath with ease,and the hills are rather steep here.

6,my skin is brighter.

and I have FREEDOM!!
