Well day 1 has arrived and this is the first day of being a non smoker again :eek:

Was a little late putting patch on but wanted a nice shower first. Feeling normal at the moment but will see how the day goes.

I will beat this addiction.

Still going strong but it's still early in the day. No actuall craving yet but do think of them.

I have had indegestion for a while this morning and i hate that as i get it in the top of my back and jaw. (know it is only that as have always had it this way since was a teenager)

Have an apple for lunch today but may end up having soup as i have a can in the cupboard here at work.

I shall probably keep popping on here and writing daft things.:rolleyes:

i dont think my house as ever been so clean since iv quit... i seem to clean everytime i go to reach for a ciggy.

I was slow puttin my patch on today too... but thats cause i was to busy feeling sick an having my toddler demanding to go to playschool at 7:10.... when it dosnt open till 7:30!

So i didnt end up puttin mine on till i got back.... tbh i didnt notice any difference.

Well nearly at end of day one. wont say i have had any cravings but i have thought about them there sticks.

Lets hope tomorrrow is as good.

Got to go shopping for final christmas presents and then get food in for the week. Going to be a busy weekend so won't have much time to think or miss them.
