Well it's certainly not a baby so this belly must be ready to give birth to cake!
Anyways...still going ok, generally feeling tired and looking a bit rubbish but that's probably down to the lack of sleep thing going on. Oh and my belly's growing and is really gonna get me!
Not gonna smoke because of it! just need to exercise more, which I will do when I get more sleep. RARRRR RAARRRRR what's that I hear?....oh no by gads, it's a vicious circle. I need some zzzzz's.

It does get easier hunny. At first all I wanted to do was sleep, I had no energy, I didnt want to get dressed, washed or even move. I put weight on too and that made me feel worse.
I feel so much better now. I have more energy, Im eating healthily and I feel so well.
It will get better without you even realising.

I was pretty gusty before stopping...they seem to be a bit stinkier now, but that may be my sense of smell returning :D:D:D

Told the OH last night I was going ask on here as when we went to see the smoking nurse she looked embarrassed and change the subject haha!!

Hello Guys x Wow cant believe it on Tues I bought a donkey foal and a minature shetland - whom I suspect is in foal still its a great bogof example!- anyway they got out of the yard last night and I have just herded them around the farm, through (and around a few times!) a sixty acre field and omg I could still breath, I was so worried about my extra tyre but to be honest that is nothing because I could actually breath after all that physical activity first time in years. As for the wind...yep Im with you all but perhaps it was made easier for me as I was being jet propelled ha ha ha xx

hi all also have obnoxious wind and putting on weight a bit. Im going to have to get myself weighed when near some scales dont have any at home. I have just eaten packet of crisps followed by a slice of cake and ate the rest of oat biscuits. Mmmmm . Jacqui

Gone to work today and my friends have noticed the weight gain...oh well at least bellies gonna get me and not emphysema's gonna get me!!!!

haha think they have a drainage problem sooo funny, good thing is we all smell so bad other people must think its drainage as such an awful smell couldnt possibly come from a human being haha i say dont you believe it us quitters may not smell smoky but we sure dont smell of roses lol
