thx margareth it was good was out of breath after half an hour but wasnt coughing or felt sick.and bless my husband i think i ve changed my mood about 20 times today and he was so calm.will this stupid mood swings ever stop lol,found that every small thing can irritate me

Yes the mood swings will go Promise, just be patient it's very early days for you just now
