I wouldn't say it's getting easier, but certainly less difficult. Need to post in morning though, this is when it's hardest.

Well done!!! Keep up the good work:) I'm day 6, but as i passed my mum's tobacco this morning i had an urge to roll one for myself. Only seconds later i realized that actually i quit!, so i run upstairs and logged in:)

Hi

I remember the exact thoughts and feeling your getting but you've got to just keep reminding yourself it will get alot better. I'm just coming up to 10 months smoke free and it was so hard in the beginning but I promise you it is so worth it. I go days without thinking about smoking now and when I do it's just a quick thought that passes. As you reach each milestone the feeling of achievement is so good it will keep you going. Good Luck with your quit :)
