I remember the exact thoughts and feeling your getting but you've got to just keep reminding yourself it will get alot better. I'm just coming up to 10 months smoke free and it was so hard in the beginning but I promise you it is so worth it. I go days without thinking about smoking now and when I do it's just a quick thought that passes. As you reach each milestone the feeling of achievement is so good it will keep you going.
