It been 27 days and feeling i'm feeling great, I have also saved in the region of £150 which is an added bonus.

At this precise moment Im asking myself why I smoked in the first place and why I didnt quit years ago.

Stay strong people, it may be difficult at times but each day we refrain from those dirty sticks the stronger we will feel.

Well done you.

Keep going, it's good to have that extra money.

Thank you !

I'm not entirely sure where my will power has come from, I just know in my mind that i do not want to smoke and its that simple. My mindset has just changed, it is almost as if I have seen the light.

Over the last few weeks when I have struggled I've simply used my Iphone quit smoking app - It tells me my quit time, how much money I have saved and other hints & tips. It also links you to other peoples stories for inspiration.
