Sorry to hear that, Teegee. You must be feeling disappointed. Don't let this overwhelm you though. One smoke is just a setback, so don't let it blow your plans to become a non smoker.

Aw Teegee, you were doing so great, don't let this become a full relapse please.

Your cravings will probably get a bit worse now, but just resist them like you did in the first 3 days of your quit, you know now that it does get easier.

Would be so bad to throw away your entire quit over one cigarette.
