I too am on Day 13 - can't believe it will be two weeks tomorrow!

I have been doing so well - been very active & barely think about having a cigarette but have the handy mini lozenges for those times - but tend to only have a couple in the evening!

Off to see the NHS nurse tomorrow - & am so pleased that I can tell her I haven't had a single smoke!
