All's good at the moment! No cravings and no real thoughts about smoking; I hope it lasts! :op
I started my quit with a few days away at my mums; wasn't a quit at that time, I just never smoke when visiting my mum! I then put myself through all the difficult situations instantly; going and tending to my allotment has always been a smoking paradise for me, been for a drink, been to work.
I'm feeling comfortable and relieved! No events to fear now as they're all out the way and I've survived. Just the cravings themselves to deal with and so far not had too many of those.
A key for me on the quit so fairs the fact I'm not quitting anything, I don't discuss it with anybody outside of this forum. Not quitting means there's nothing to be thinking about, nothing to have on my mind.
So far so good!

You may find that you don't suffer much in your quit. Not everybody does. In a way it feels like cheating if you don't have to go through some hardship. I know that I felt that way, to a point where I couldn't really understand what all the fuss was about  In case you don't suffer, please celebrate that fact!
Good to see your back with the no smoking. I hope this comfy start continues for you and of course, all the best in November with the op.
Ops, bones and increased recovery stats from not smoking! Interesting ... kinda makes sense and certainly good fud for thought. An excellent thought to keep floating within the old grey matter as encouragement in maintaining the non smoker status.
