I must say the champix have kicked in i am getting the odd crave but it soon passes and i have also noticed my craving for food is not as bad which is good . In a way it makes you fee llike a cheat but who cares as long as i can over come the cig .

Now on a lighter note i have researched champix and you will never guess what ,the people who invented champix also invented VIAGRA :o on that note , Have a great day and keep taking deep breaths on those cravings it helps me .

Thanks for your kind words .I have been out and about and its great iv not got that short temper like i had when i quit CT ,no real bad cravings for food .Something has got to give lol,

im on my guard and waiting . As long as its not the weed !!!!!
