Well this is the second time i have been at this point. And again, I find the first 4 days very easy and day is a complete nightmare.
Today, i haven't even thought about smoking, infact its just like i have been a none smoker all my life. I feel, well nothing really.

Hi,
Firstly well done for quitting and making it this far.
Secondly dont get caught out. I thought i was having an easy time and then all of a sudden a craving would come out of nowhere when my guard was down.
Keep some chewing gum on you even if you dont think you need it as that pesky nicodemon can rear its ugly head when its least expected.
I dont mean to put you or anybody off but preparation and positivity are the key to getting through any cravings in the first two to three weeks.
After that i have been all plain sailing and on week 7 i am not even bothered by people smoking around me. Infact it now makes me feel a bit sick!
I hope it stays easy for you and you can kick this ugly habit for good
