Hello, I am a newbie here and just exploring all of your advice and wanted to say hello.
I've tried to give up once before and made it to 3 weeks (I've been smoking 10 a day for 15 years) before going back on it.
I am trying again and I am now on Day 5 (after reading the Allen Carr book) and I'm actually doing ok (famous last words)
I am eating rather a lot (sweets and grapes) and I am going to try 5-HTP to deal with the irritability but its cold turkey for me.
I guess I am just here for the whoop you can do it - and to give any support back to people at the same stage as me.
