Want to start by saying thanks to all the people that post here, i found this board on day 4 of me stopping. Ive quit cold turkey, i got patches, inhaler all that stuff. But i found just getting tons of bottled water and chewing gum helped me get to today(2week 1day).
Im feeling great, i no longer stink of smoke and my house smells 10x better than it did. My appetite has increased and ive started working out more(got a gym put in my house).
Although i started hanging sround with my some old friends who are all heavy smoker, i was driving them around yesterday and today, they were smoking packets, i wasn't even tempted to have one. But like 2 hours ago i was cleaning out my car and found that they left 1 in a packet, since i had an argument today with someone in my family i was kind of pissed. So i decided ahh i will just have this one, im happy to say i smoked half of it and threw it out the window. It felt good, i got a little buzz lol. For about 10 minutes i was seriously debating whether or not i should just start again. Happy to say im not but does this mean im back at square one again?. I feel so weak for lighting up again ugh. I had to wash my hand right after i smoked it.
Anyone else done the same, i mean im suprised i got to 2week without touching one, but its disappointing i felt the need to light up again.
