I am at day 45 when writing this post and I wanted to share I had it rough the last couple of days. Today I am feeling much better and the smoking desire is back to its previous level.
I discovered that all was caused by my lack of sleep. I've been sleeping around 5 hours the previous 4 days and had some strong cravings during the day. However, when I slept for more than 8 hours this night I felt good through the day.
Getting a long and healthy good night's sleep is helping a lot for your quit
