IT IS VERY DIFFICULT IN THE BEGINING BUT IT DOES GET EASIER.
JUST TAKE IT AN HOUR AT A TIME FOR NOW...NO LOOKING LONGTERM..AS IT MAY BE A LITTLE SCARY!!
WE HAVE ALL BEEN THERE AND KNOW HOW YOU FEEL!!..BE KIND TO YOURSELF AND RELAX..DO SOMETHING YOU REALLY ENJOY(NOT SMOKING:rolleyes AND CONGRATS ON CHOOSING LIFE.
on my last quit attempt i used to miss smoking a lot, but this time i read alan carrs 'easy way' and it really has made a difference to that part of the quit, he shows you that you don't really miss it at all, not quite sure just how he does that but would recommend it to you,
I totally felt like that. I really sympathise. It does get better and better the longer you stick with the quit though. Feed the addiction just once and you'll be back to square one again, don't go there!!!
Well done for getting this far. One day at a time. Keep going!
